I'm Josy — short for Josephine — an ICF-certified executive and professional coach with a decade of HR leadership at Amazon, Uber and GE. I help professionals at every career stage — and the people teams who support them — make their next move a thoughtful one.
I've spent more than a decade inside global organizations — Amazon, Uber, GE and Airbus — leading transformation, change management, AI enablement and people-analytics work across Latin America and beyond. I know what good people strategy looks like, because I've built it.
I completed my ICF-certified executive and professional coach training and brought that lens into my work. Today I coach in English and Portuguese, and partner with clients across borders, cultures and seasons of career.

All engagements begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. Pricing is transparent and includes everything: sessions, materials, and message-based support between calls. Coaching is offered in English or Portuguese.
One focused session for a single decision or sticking point. Best when you already know the question and need a thinking partner to help you answer it.
A full transition or leadership arc, paced to actually integrate. Bi-weekly sessions plus ongoing support — the rhythm where most real change happens.
