About

HR strategist. ICF coach. Steady thinking partner.

I've spent more than a decade inside global organizations — Amazon, Uber, GE and Airbus — leading transformation, change management, AI enablement and people-analytics work across Latin America and beyond. I know what good people strategy looks like, because I've built it.

I completed my ICF-certified executive and professional coach training and brought that lens into my work. Today I coach in English and Portuguese, and partner with clients across borders, cultures and seasons of career.

Who I work with

People in thoughtful motion.

My clients are at every stage of their careers — from entry-level professionals finding their footing to senior leaders navigating their next move. Capable people, often quietly stuck or quietly ready for what's next. They don't need more advice. They need space, structure, and a question they hadn't thought to ask.

Transitions

Leaving a role, an industry, or a country. Returning to work after a pause. Designing the next chapter with intention — not by default.

Leadership

New scope, new visibility, new doubts. We build the practices, language and inner steadiness that bigger roles actually ask of you.

Cross-cultural moves

Relocating, leading global teams, or navigating a new culture at work. We translate ambition into a plan that fits where you're going.

HR & people teams

HR partners and people leaders who want a thinking partner outside their org — to sharpen strategy, change plans and the quiet hard calls.

The method

The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Method.

Career & Life Alignment for Resilient, Intentional Transformation in You. A signature framework, grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and a decade of HR strategy. It turns a fuzzy sense of “something needs to change” into a clear, considered next move — one that's genuinely yours.

01 Center & listen

First, we settle the noise.

Big career decisions are easy to make from a reactive place. We begin by getting quiet and honest — mapping the pressure, the patterns, and the quiet story you've been telling yourself about your work.

02 Align & reframe

Then, we reconnect your compass.

We realign your choices with your values, strengths and the person you want to become — and reframe the beliefs that have quietly been running the show. This is where the path forward starts to come into focus.

03 Initiate & sustain

Finally, we turn clarity into momentum.

Insight only matters if it moves you. We translate it into small, aligned action, track what shifts, and integrate the change so it holds — building real, sustainable momentum toward what's next.

The full seven-stage framework unfolds inside our work together.

In their words

What clients say after.

Shared with permission. A few of the people I've had the privilege to work alongside.

Josy didn't hand me an answer. She handed me the question I'd been avoiding — and then sat with me while I figured out I already knew what to do.

I came to Josy unsure whether to launch my own business. She helped me find real clarity around the idea — the why, the timing, the risks I'd been avoiding. I left ready to start.

Calm, sharp, deeply kind. The mid-engagement letter she wrote me is still pinned above my desk. I re-read it before every hard conversation.

Common questions

Asked & Answered.

If your question isn't here, the discovery call is the right place to ask it.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is forward-facing and goal-oriented; therapy is healing-oriented and often works deeply with the past. Many of my clients see both, and I'm careful about the line. If something therapeutic surfaces in our work, I'll name it and we'll discuss referral options.
What does ICF certification actually mean?
The International Coaching Federation is the global standard-setting body for coaches. ICF-certified coaches complete accredited training, log mentored coaching hours, and commit to the ICF Code of Ethics — which means, among other things, strict confidentiality between us.
Which languages do you coach in?
I coach in English and Portuguese. I'm also fluent in Español and speak conversational Français, so we can connect easily across cultures — but coaching sessions themselves are conducted in English or Portuguese.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are remote, by video. Clients in São Paulo can request occasional in-person sessions. I work with clients across Latin America, North America and Europe — and adapt session times to your time zone.
What if my employer wants to sponsor coaching?
Many engagements are. I'll work with you and your L&D or People team on a clean three-way contract that protects your confidentiality. The relationship is yours; the invoice is theirs.
How do I know if we're a good fit?
That's what the discovery call is for. Thirty minutes of real conversation, no pressure. If we're not the right match, I'll happily refer you to a colleague who is.
